Four overlooks provide a beautiful view of the trail's natural surroundings.  Two are located at Gateway Park and at the Ocmulgee National Monument.  The third is on the section of trail between Spring St. and the Otis Redding Bridge.  This overlook is dedicated to a couple of Macon's most dedicated city employees.  The fourth overlook is located just down stream from I-16 and is dedicated to Brax and Taylor Bragg, the two local musicians for whom the annual Bragg Jam festival is named.  Several future overlooks are planned.
